    This entire buying experience was so peculiar. I placed the order for the wind chime and observed consistent updates on the package's progress through the mailing system. It was finally "delivered" to my address, but in fact, no package was there. Shortly thereafter, I received a message from the seller indicating the item was lost and it would take too long for them to send me a replacement. So, they automatically initiated a refund instead.
