Fast and smooth upgrade!
I replaced one set of same at 1866 MHz. Two set of these or eight channels of 2133 MHz memory gave me a substantial increase in overall system speed and performance. Also, the motherboard runs 5 degrees cooler. I have an LGA2011 processor and motherboard. And, four matched memory channels is already double the speed of regular DDR3 memory pairs. Eight channels doubles that speed, which also doubled the incremental speed difference from 1866 MHz to 2133 MHz. I must apologize that I did not have numbers from before and after I made the upgrade. But, I have noticed the greater performance, 5 degrees Celsius lower motherboard function, and good boot-ups.
