    The advertised the Dyson replacement battery being sold with the filter I also needed. They sent a different filter than advertised. I contacted them hoping they would just sent the correct filter and let me keep the battery. They didn't reply back at all. The battery works great and I definitely recommend the replacement. However, either their listing shows the incorrect filter or they messed up and sent the incorrect one. Either way they didn't even reply to acknowledge which was the error.

    The item was perfectly packaged and delivered quickly. The battery corresponds exactly to the description and shows no signs of previous use. Unfortunately, the performance is very poor and no better than the aged 5 year old original battery with 1,300 charge cycles. I have now ordered a branded battery and will replace it immediately. It's not the seller's fault, but I will never buy a product from this manufacturer again.
