    Horrible seller, buyers beware! Seller ships very poorly, shiping figures in a bag with no protection. My item was damaged in shipping, it was smashed and the bag was stuck to the package causing damage. As a collector this is unacceptable. Seller has a listing for 5 more of the exact item but has increased the price significantly and refused to send a replacement. Seller argued saying they didn't have anymore to send a replacement. I will never buy from again. Talking to the seller is useless.

    Great product

    Best dehumidifier by far of three I've had. Dehumidifies a 1500 sg ft unfinished basement from 62 % to 40 % humidity in a couple of days. The hose drain hook up works great. By far the quietest and most efficient dehumidifier I've used.
