Touch screen works well, fans aren't loud, only legitimate issue found was a slightly sticky touchpad (requires more than 2 clicks to do make it tap). Overall for a small work machine works well would recommend. P.S for buyers I recommend debloating the HP software after purchase as it bottle necks the cpu HEAVILY has nothing to do with the seller just a thought :)

It was a holiday weekend bit when I checked the timing it seemed it got sent out late that day. But so far I'm happy with the laptop. It seems to be working fine. I just have to figure out when I use the touchscreen the keyboard comes up when I don't want it to. So far I'm happy with the laptop and would by again from the seller.
