    Shipping was fine and packaging was good but the item was not "NEW" as described. It was used and so the value was not as expected. I feel that I overpaid for a used item. The item does work so I won't be returning it due to the need for the item. However, I won't be giving the seller a good review just for misrepresenting the item condition. So, the functional longevity of the item will probably be much less than expected.
