The styrofoam was disintegrated and nothing but little small pieces left on top of that, though I will say that the product is a good sturdy product and it did show up in time. Just packaging was not very well concerning to them. Thank you.

They shipped another one and it was held by the shipper for damage. I contacted them and they were able to get it moving the next day. The damage was only to the outside packaging. I will get it installed this weekend.
