Faster then any other company that I've ever dealt with. Creality does pretty well too but, Elegoo nails it every time. It's too bad they don't do much in the way of replacement parts for their products they would be steller otherwise.

My only complaint was they wouldn't change an item in my order. Swap out item, refund the difference, pack it and send. I sent the message with more than enough time. They would've rather had me cancel and return the order (a 40lb+ box) just to swap out 1 filament instead of just swap it before shipping. Need to do better.
