When I complained about the late shipping time, the seller contacted me right away. The only thing that took away a bit of the value was that the box came here all beat up. Luckily, this didn't ruin my cute little doll's appearance. She's great for customization. I did not recieve my package ..seller refused to acknowledge their mistake , despite sending me a picture of delivered package , that clearly shows they left out important shipping information. Sellers need to ship to the address provided by ebay.
