The value of the bayonet is the lowest on eBay and you get a bayonet with an excellent appearance for the price. (I paid $31) Also, it was packaged extremely well but the shipping was a little bit pricey but that may be because it was shipped internationally.

My Manual came in a cardboard UPS box and in wrapped inside two envelopes, came with a card from the seller saying to contact them if anything was wrong. Well protected and came in promptly after via UPS. The manual was as described and I was very excited to find it at a great price from a reliable and good seller. Good service and great prices, will be buy from here again, either from their site or Ebay!
