Actuality. you want the CHROME version which is what I got!
The CHROME version has lasted in the salt water environment where unplated brass eventually corrodes and becomes difficult to rotate. I purchased this second lock for my second boat, after the first lock gave many years of unattended service. I let it go with the first boat. Now for my second boat, I knew which lock to get without hesitation.
