After providing a picture of what I received, which clearly showed it was the wrong item. They now want me to pay for return shipping in order to receive a refund. This mix up was clearly not my fault but yet they expect me to pay for return shipping. Extremely poor customer service and rude. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!
