Although my actual foot size is 11, even Chamaripa’s size 12 (270 cm as stated on the box) was extremely tight and difficult to wear. I struggled to get them on, and the pressure severely restricted blood flow to my feet. Definitely not worth $115. and 270 USD in official website, Also, appearance wise for an elevator shoe, it lacks discretion and looks quite bulky. May I ask, is this your first time wearing elevator shoes? This pair adds 10cm, which can feel like a big change for first-time users. If that's the case, we’d recommend trying a pair with a lower lift—around 6cm (2.4 inches)—which tends to feel much more natural and comfortable.

I explained I took them to shoe repair store to ask and they said they were EU sized equivalent to US 10 not US11. I sent three messages asking if we could find “reasonable” solution only to be told first to remove insoles make them fit (??!) and then when explained they are glued in They responded by telling me basically I am lying and they sent US11.
