    Received the cross with an air bubble in it and they refused to acknowledge it and send me a new one. This is what they told me : You are delusional, there is nothing wrong with the decal, you're just trying to get free items out from me. The photos show no problems. They refuse to to help for $5.28 Awful service and disrespectful to the customer

    Customer emailed me regarding the decal. Mentioned that there was a small air bubble under the decal. Not sure how this would have even gotten there unless the customer had already lifted the decal off the backing paper and then when laying it back down some air was trapped under the decal. Regardless, when applying the decal and using a squeegee the air bubble will be worked out. They installed it, sent another photo stated there was still air bubble. I offered a refund as well.
