    Awkward this one, as far as communication goes first class, as it was my first international return, they were very accommodating, patient, especially as after nearly 4 weeks and counting their return item is still in Chinese customs, however eBay have been kind enough for a full refund. A tip it may be useful to ask if using a foreign seller to ask if the item is UK compatible, I did ask the manufacturer Samsung about the issues I had with the Buds, but it was inconclusive,
