I advised seller of the less than protective packaging on July 7 and there has been no acknowledgement or response. My housekeeper knocked my first clock off the mantel and broke the clock mechanism. I went to Etsy and paid 108.70$. Etsy guarantee their shipments are packed professionally and arrive undamaged.
