When I didn't receive my package on the 27th, I contacted Yokoyoko and Seller claimed they checked with FedEx and my package was near by me and I could go directly and pick it up. It was 600km away from me. The package took way too long to arrive, contacted the seller and after they investigated, they realized the courrier mixed up my package with someone elses. Seller refunded the money back to my card and their customer was good.
