The seller stated he was 100% positive the stamp #613 with the dimensions 19.25 mm X 22.50 mm. When I received the stamp I measured the stamp and it was not the size he stated, I am 100% positive ii is stamp #610 with dimensions 19 mm X 22mm. In the mailing i sent to him which he would accept I requested he return my payment of $1000.
