I have a very old Dremel Minimite cordless drill that I was looking to obtain batteries for. I received the batteries quickly and packaged very well. When I contacted the seller, they were very cordial and gave me the information needed to send the product back. The entire process, delivery and return pickup, was very positive (pun intended) with the exception that the batteries did not fit my drill. I would definitely try this company
