    We purchased this transfer chair and shortly after we received it my husband was readmitted to rehab and is unable to use this. I contacted the seller about 10 days ago and explained the situation and that the item was never used and still in the box. He said he would send a label for return in 5 days. I haven't received the label and he is wanting to give us $30 in compensation instead of the $332 we paid for it. After about 1 week of back and forth he cancelled the return we had started
