There was a very short sentence in the description describing it as an open box, but no shelf wear mentioned. Not asking for a return, but when I order new I expect new.

If someone else buys it and I'm stuck with this, I'll be extremely upset. I feel I should have priority if I originally purchased what was shown in the picture and title of the product.
