    Nothing like the Real Deal

    Dell is very specific that you use a genuine Dell Power Supply. Was using an HP charger that was same output, but it didn't have the Dell magic sauce and wouldn't charge the battery. Got this genuine Dell PS and all is good. Problem solved.
