I did not receive the item after it said delivered. The seller messaged me before hand to tell me that the courier messed up and may not be delivered. The package says it was delivered but I didn't receive anything. I need to get a refund but I need the seller to respond first. If the courier said they messed up then why send it and not give me a refund.
