I cannot give this seller positive feedback; the item was listed as new, but open box! When the item arrived the inner packaging was OPEN; (The thick aluminum foil was cut open - not torn)
moreover the item had substantial cosmetic wear and scuff marks! It appears that the new item was removed from the packaging and a used non-working item put in its place - as the print head did not work at all...WORD TO THE WISE...BUYER BEWARE...!!!

The item was brand new and securely sealed in its packaging. To accurately document the product for identification purposes, I carefully opened the foil wrapping to capture detailed photographs, as the specific model number was not explicitly indicated on the aluminum foil. Furthermore, should there be any dissatisfaction with the received item, I kindly encourage you to request a return.
