Friendly, responsive seller. This was a vintage machine. Although carefully packed, two plastic accessories were broken. One of the broken pieces got into the needle bed. Grr! Seller processed a partial refund for that. But I cleaned the machine, got a new sponge bar (this is key) and got it working.
