Seller taped directly onto the face of the special edition PS4 which resulted in tons of glue and residue after unpackaging. I had to buy goo off and polish to try and clean it. Told seller and he offered a small refund of $10, even though goo off and polish cost more than that. Console was also very dusty and dirty even though listing said it was "clean". Seller communicated well, but the lack attention to detail in pictures on the listing, packaging, and resolution left me overall unhappy.

Amazing packaging job, even the games showed up perfectly in place inside of their cases which is rare even when ordering new.
