    Poor quality short life

    Very low quality product, lasts at most a couple years and then starts having a problem where it shows low battery even when fully charged. Changing the battery doesnot help. Have had this issue with two of these so far and apparently it is a common problem.

    Hot spot

    Had one changed battery still didn’t work correctly so I purchased a new hot spot. Same problem on new one. Works for a while then shuts down
