Seller allegedly sent me the wrong card. eBay and the seller made receiving the correct card (or a refund) difficult and I was forced to file a chargeback for the first time in my life. What’s worse, rather than mistakenly sending my card to the buyer of the card I received, the seller still had it. The heavy implication here is that this was outright fraud.

I'm happy to share the fact that I have made multiple attempts to accept the return, ship you the correct card, as well as offer a shipping refund on original purchase. Buyer refused, claimed fraud (even after offering to ship correct card). This has also caused another buyer to receive a refund for you not willing to send back the incorrect card. Dispute filed and closed by eBay. My offer to send correct still stands, until resolution from eBay.
