Seller reneged on agreement made prior to end of auction to ship by less expensive ship method. $17.05 to ship package that weighed less than 16 ounces in a bag. Seller can learn how to offer all the different shipping methods. Shoes would have fit in USPS padded envelope. FYI, the leather isn't patent leather. It's burnished leather. Important to be accurate. Poor communication and customer service. Hopefully, seller will learn how to be a better seller.
