I'm sure the item was going to be exactly as described, but the seller didn't do their do diligence in packaging the PS4. It was in a box that barely fit it (A Free Priority Mailing Box), with only a thin layer of bubble wrap, and as a result it was damaged during shipping. I hope the seller adjusts their shipping procedure in the future, but this was my experience.
