    GOOD FOR SENSITIVE EYES, VELVET TEXTURE

    I started having sensitivity problems with my eye shadow and was looking for a brand that wouldn't make my eyes water and itch. This brand had excellent ingredients but better still NO talc. It may be better to use a light primer underneath, but even without a primer it goes on smooth and wears well.
