Solid, top level Ebay seller - great communication - my somewhat heavy electronics item was well-padded for transit, then quickly put in the shipping stream & I received it in full working condition, just as described - about as smooth as a transition as it gets - fully recommend J&N for future purchases

    Sony Bluray player

Very good player. Needed to play my recorded Blu ray disc ,even for the Dual layer double length . Other brands would have some kind of problems and even the Sony 400 disc Blu ray player can not accept my Blu ray RE D L

  • Buy it, its worth it's price on Ebay. Does it's job, easy to use...

I bought this Sony Bdp-bx58 3D Blu-Ray Player to have access to my Netflix account without having to hook up my laptop to my tv. The connection to my router is weak when my laptop is connected at the same time. The Browser is worthless. I really don't know how this compares to others, since I've never owned a product that is similar to this. In the end I'd still recommend this product, it does its job. I use it daily. I use it for Netflix, Pandora, Crackle, YouTube, among other apps that were already installed. Ebay had a great price. It was very easy to set-up and sets up in very little time (Although connecting your Netflix, Youtube, Pandora, etc accounts will take some time to complete, but you only have to do it once).

  • It's a cut above other players when it comes to Internet apps.

I bought 2 of these off ebay. One for my 55" 3D Samsung in the bedroom and one for my 200" Theatrical widescreen in the living room (front projector). I wanted 3D because of my Samsung, and I plan on replacing my Epson 6500ub with the Epson 5010 1080p 3D projector in the near future. I also wanted WiFi for streaming music and movies via DNLA from my Windows server in the bedroom to my 5.2 AV system in the living room. And I needed something to stream Netflix and to Play my Blu-Ray collection with. I did have my PS3's that did all the above, but they turned out to have a predetermined TOD (time to die) of approximately 1.5-2 years. I hope these last longer than my PS3's. The build quality of these is about the same as any other brand in the same price range. What's seems to be ...

  • This is my first Blu-Ray, I think it is fine for the price.

1st day took the player out and hooked it to the TV. 1) Used the included HDMI cable to connect 2) Used the wireless Wifi Connection to my local network. (Approx. 15mb connection speed to the Wireless) 3) Downloaded the Latest software from Sony through the player 4) Setup Netflix - Had someone elses ID setup for Netflix, uninstalled the ID and used my own. 5) Setup Amazon - Still not complete having issues resetting the Id on the Unit. 6) Setup Internet Web Browsing and set the correct options for viewing. 7) Tried to watch ESPN3 through the Browser but could not get it to work - Possible not enough resources for the system. Overall Experience: This is my first Blu-Ray, I think it is fine for the price. Watching Netflix took time to load and cache will try hard wiring the unit to see if ...
