Temporary use is Perfect
I have used this product as a supplement maybe 3 to 4 times a week in the near past. I work a full-time job and 2 part-time jobs and sometimes it's hard to fall and stay asleep because I get a little wound up by the time I get home. After going through a whole bottle of Somnapure this way, I would sometimes find myself un-able to focus during the day. Not really woozy or tired, just un-able to totally focus. I swear it's the best sleep aid available and it is natural and non-habit forming.
My doctor and I wrestled with the available sleeping aids available to me to help with sleep disturbences due to back pain and restless leg symdrone with limited results. They were either to strong or to weak, they would last only for cerntain periods during the night so finding something that would work for me went on for years. I happen to see an ad about Somnapure on-line and decided to give them a brief try so I ordered them and what happened surprised even my doctor. I take two and go to bed and within an hour I'm fast asleep and remain asleep all night waking up refreshed and ready for the day. I took the container to my doctor and told him of my sucess with Somnapure and now he is recommending them to other paitients and I got my sister to try them and they work wonderfully for her ...
