My original power adapter showed it was dropped off at usps with a tracking number but after a couple of days of checking No further progress was made. I contacted the seller and he found that the package had gotten lost in the mail. He told me he would send me another one and refund me the money for my trouble. The second power adapter arrived within a couple of days and worked as expected. Seller did an excellent job correcting the issue.
