Neuer geht Neuware nicht, sogar die OVP war noch im Schutzpapier😃- und dann im Versandkarton die bestellte Lok in der Einkaufstüte vom Modellbahngeschäft in Berlin👍🏻 Hab ich nach der Arbeit in Passau stolz nach Hause getragen und damit Reklame gemacht😄

Das Set kam 2mal zerstört an, weil es schlecht verpackt wurde. Ich habe extra darum gebeten, die Lok und die Wagen separat zu verpacken! Wurde ignoriert! Ich warte immer noch auf den Rücksendeschein! Bei der Rückabwicklung warte ich nun auf den Rücksendeschein, bis die Frist abgelaufen ist! Der Verkäufer will mit einem Trick mir den Schaden in die Schuhe schieben! Arbeitet aber mit meinem Geld!

Retourenlabel nachweislich innerhalb von 24 h nach Öffnung der Rückgabe übermittelt. Um Erstattung der Zahlung innerhalb von 2 h nach Rückerhalt der Ware telefonisch bei ebay gebeten. Ihre Zahlung wurde von ebay einbehalten als Sie die Rückgabe zum Fall erklärten bevor Sie die Rücksendung überhaupt verschickt haben, daher konnten wir leider nicht schneller erstatten sondern mussten auf den ebay Kundenservice warten.
