The seller messed the engraving up on the ring. The ring was also much lower quality than portrayed. Requested a return for a refund. Seller offered a $10 partial refund. I decline wanting to return for a full refund. Seller approves return and is to send me a shipping label. Seller never sends shipping label and stops responding to messages. Had to escalate to eBay. Additionally, this sellers account address is not based in the U.S. despite the item location/ship from location being in the U.S

As per your engrave, we draft on ring, and because your ring size is too small, we adjust the engrave, and we always provide better quality product. Due to your engrave problem, we offer a $10 refund as well as keep the ring with you. Due to a technical issue with the return label, we requested that eBay provide a return label to the buyer, thank you.

Seller followed up noting issue with engraving surface area and ring sing and asked me to pick another memo shorter than my original selection, seller was then requested to engrave "Love Always". Received ring that said "I Love Always" which doesn't make sense. eBay closed escalation case in buyers favor after requesting seller to provide a return shipping label with no response or action taken by the seller.

My honest opinion about this seller.the item comes wrapped in a piece of paper inside of a plastic small box.the presentation is horrible!.these earring aren’t from traxny…these are from china.it has no traxny panflicks …nothing says traxny.the GRA certificate look fake …i guess what you expect for $40 earrings..but don’t put a name behind it.and it has no sign of traxny in the box.i would suggest you look elsewhere to by some earrings with a better presentation then this seller
