Cheap refurbished storage. So far so good
There isn't cheaper storage really, and so far they have been reliable. The only thing of note is they are much louder than I expected, and being mounted in the case makes it unbearable for home use (The server I'm building is in the living room). Using some rubber bands and loosening the mounting screws on the drives I was able to bring the noise to very acceptable levels. It should be noted that I was using a cheap case. Overall these are great drives for those looking to get started with a home server as a beginner looking to save some money.There isn't cheaper storage really, and so far they have been reliable.
