Wow, its been years since I had an issue with ANY seller on E-bay. This person however, sold a software product that could not be installed. I would not have minded so much if it had not been clearly listed on a sheet enclosed it the box! Would have helped if they had listed that detail in the listing. I gave him a friendly opportunity to make it right, and all I got was "It seems like you did not know what you were buying... It isn't fair I should lose money".... (!) Avoid seller at all costs
