Product arrived as described. No surprises & communicative seller that answered all of my questions courteously and professionally with a fast turnaround for replies. Would buy again.

The seller canceled the purchase and did not inform me of the reason. They did not respond to my questions about why this happened. They completely cut off communication. From my perspective, this is unprofessional behavior.

We exchanged at least 14 messages with the buyer trying to accommodate their multiple shipping quote requests for a $14k order shipping to an address in the Czech Republic that we could not confirm. We can not ship a high value order to an unconfirmed International address.

The address to which the goods were supposed to be delivered is commonly used in this eBay account and certified by PayPal. Our rating here speaks for itself. Canceling a transaction without reason, not providing an explanation, and failing to communicate and ignoring the buyer when they ask for a reason is not exactly a demonstration of seriousness.
