Product Information

Publisher Activision drives demolition derby-style across multiple consoles with the 2011 release of Monster Jam: Path of Destruction. As in earlier Monster Jam games, the focus is on highly destructive races in specially modified trucks, through arena courses strewn with mud pits, barricades, and other vehicles. Players can create their own trucks, or climb behind the virtual wheel of one of 30 real-life monsters including Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, and Grinder. The crash-and-smash racing plays out in eight official Monster Jam venues, which feature special vehicle introductions, fireworks, and roaring crowds. Trucks can be custom-upgraded as the player progresses through the game to the World Finals.

    Steering is a little tricky but after a while it's easy to learn!

    Our son loves monster trucks and Monster Jam. We took him this year to see the real trucks and we knew that we just had to buy this game for him. Like others have said the steering takes some time to learn and we figured out not to turn the controller as the steering wheel but instead just use the left and right arrows (lightly) as the steering is very sensitive. Our five year old plays it all the time and loves it but he is quick to catch on to things. Overall we would rate this five stars.

    A challenging game that will keep on the edge of your seat the whole time.

    Great game at a great price. The price of this game new in 2010 was over $40.00 at normal retail store. Buying it on ebay paid less than $20.00. I am definately doing all my christmas shopping on ebay this year. The game itself is just awsome, great graphics and pretty realistic. I don't usually play vidieo games to offend, but have been playing this one everynight after work. Its addicting and fun you must not miss out on owning this game.
