Seller contacted me and said the unit shipped in 2 pieces. When I received the 2nd shipment the unit was complete. The unit was in fact 220V. I assembled the unit and tested it. It functioned normally.
The damage did not interfere with the operation of the unit. The seller offered a discount on the unit in the form of a partial refund. I accepted the offer and kept the unit. I will buy from this seller again.
