Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss
I thought the DVD The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss was an excellent show because it showed making a living in a way most people have no idea what is really involved in the business. Heidi Fleiss, of course, was in the upper end of prostitution and I think most people see prostitutes on the street looking for work, or working out of a brothel, and it was very interesting to me to see how someone could make so much money in the "call-girl" business. The movie The American Gigilo with Richard Gere was simmilar and that was an interesting movie also, but the real life story of Heidi Fleiss was done in an excellent movie. This movie really detailed the rise and fall of Heidi. I highly recommend watching this movie. The actress that portrayed her did an excellent job.

This is a good movie if you want to know about Heidi Fleiss.
The movie starts out with how she had a good happy upbringing as a little kid with her brother and sisters. How she got started in the call girl business then she was with an older man that knew the older woman that ran the call girls services. Heidi then kind of stole the business away from the older woman and started the business for herself making tons of money. She started using cocaine drugs and started having problems with her older boyfriend because he didn't like heidi getting hooked on cocaine. So she leaves him continues to run the business becoming Hollywood madam. Then she gets busted by the cops and gets time in jail etc.... The movie is a good one to watch if you want to know how Heidi Fleiss rise to fame then her fall from having it all then loosing everything she had. A ... ... While I *did* expect this movie to be awesome, I didn't expect how much it would draw me in, intrigue and seduce me... I rented it 2ce (I couldn't let go!)- so I had to buy it on ebay. Especially if you haven't seen the documentary 'Hollywood Madam' (director Nick Bloomfield- who's excellent!!) yet, this will be funny and entertaining, as well as sad and thought-provoking... 'Call Me' cleverly brings up issues like police dishonesty and illegal profit from Heidi's line of work, and the constant issue of betrayal of friends, the loyalty of family, and the love of oneself. I give it 5 Xs. xxxxx.... While I *did* expect this movie to be awesome, I didn't expect how much it would draw me in, intrigue and seduce me... I rented it 2ce (I couldn't let go!)- so I had to buy it on ebay.
