Phone was not 16 gb instead of making right got a round about about the os taking up space. Pictures are grainy which my phone i currently have is 5mp takes better pics then this 8mp phone extremely I've very techy and he talk down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. No plans on making it right told me to take it up with eBay. Bad business ethics

Love everything about this phone. Had no idea it was still running android KitKat though which is the only thumbs down I have for this phone. There is a manual upgrade for android lollipop which I will be doing this week. Great phone!!

Great phone - better than the Galaxy Note IMO
Love this phone, but it was a bit of learning curve to figure out how to do several things. Google and YouTube are your friends. Battery life is excellent. Clear display. Large enough to search the web with ease and to be used as an e-reader. Graphics card handles the simple games this grandma plays. Grandkids have used it for faster paced games and didn't complain. It is a bit big, but this is trade-off being able to see it with older eyes. Also glad to be done with Samsung products. The last three I had frozen up a lot, inexplicably crashed and re-booted and had lousy battery life.Love this phone, but it was a bit of learning curve to figure out how to do several things. the zte grand x max plus is a great phone
the phone has a nice big sharp picture and runs smooth from the 2 gigs ram and has enough room for all the apps that you need with the internal 16 gig storage, in my experience with my purchase of the zte grand x max plus 2 I had manually updated from kitkat to lollipop and the experience for me was very similar with 2 different skins over layed basically and having the phone with both operating systems they both seemed to run smooth, the only thing that I don't like with my experience with the phone is that the head phone jack is faulty and both ears work if i adjust the headphones a certain waythe phone has a nice big sharp picture and runs smooth from the 2 gigs ram and has enough room for all the apps that you need with the internal 16 gig storage, in my experience with my purchase of the zte grand x max plus 2 I had manually updated from kitkat to lollipop and the experience for me was very similar with 2 different skins over layed basically and having the phone with both operating systems they both seemed to run smooth, the only thing that I don't like with my experience with the phone is that the head phone jack is faulty and both ears work if i adjust the headphones a certain way
