My stove fan was delivered in pristine packaging, but upon opening the package I found a fan that had a seized motor, and would not operate. I have been going back and forth with the seller nearly two weeks and they refuse to replace it. The only solution that they have offered is to give me a small percentage of what I paid as a refund. I will not be doing business with them again!

The item was a piece of rag! This company posts photos of cushions which are NOT the same as what they provide, and they also do not send return labels when asked for. They messaged that they would reimburse me for $41.55 that I paid on 1/16/2024 and they only sent a refund of $6.53 on 1/29/2024! Do not ever trust this company!
