When I contacted the seller he told me he would see if he could find the correct item in his basement. WHAT!!!! Why didn’t he send the item he advertised for sale in the first place,?Obviously he had no intentions of sending the correct item because he doesn’t have it. I don’t think that sellers who mislead potential buyers should be allowed to sell on eBay.

I sent several pictures to show what I received and that it didn't match what was advertised. They insisted that it was the correct shower panel. The responses I got back from the seller at times did not make sense maybe they are using AI, they need to stop that if so.
