Near silent CPU cooler. Pairs good with Arctic Cooling's F8 Silent case fans.
I bought it to replace a noisy stock AM3+ cpu cooler that is used on a AMD FX eight-core 8320 cpu (125W TDP). I thought of getting a Cooler Master 212 EVO but wasn't too sure about the height clearance in my older generation computer case from the year 2003. It's a good thing I didn't buy the EVO because it would not fit. The Rosewill ROCC-16003 barely fits inside my case and clears the height requirements of my four memory sticks on my ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard. Other info: I also bought "Arctic F8 Silent" coolers to replace all my system case fans which were "Vantec Stealth" 80mm.
