Incycle had the bike shipped out the day of purchase. It was packed well in original factory packaging and no shipping damage on delivery. It’s a little bit intimidating making a large purchase like this online, but I could tell that they are a reputable company that I could trust. I also appreciate that they absorbed the shipping cost which had to be a substantial cost. I’m very happy with the bike and the whole process of purchase. I would buy from them again.
