    stability balance pad

    This is a great tool for working on your balance . I just had total knee replacement and my balance has not come back fully. I use this several times a day and am doing much better. I still have a long way to go I would not be where I am without this pad .

    Balance Block

    Although a bit smaller, this is very much like the block I used when working with the physical therapist. It's helped me resolve balance issues at home, in addition to what we do at the clinic. I recommend it for anyone wishing to continue balance therapy in the comfort of the home.

    Cushion for my knees
