    Excellent quality and durability

    Very glad to have found a non-latex set of physical therapy bands. I've used these several times now and it looks like they will hold up well for a long time. I did only give 4 stars because the bands were not as thick as I would've liked, meaning I had to double up to get the benefit I needed for my neck. Still, they are versatile and will definitely be used for exercises other than what I currently need them for.

    Excellent Resistance

    These bands are exactly what is needed for my shoulder injury. Physical Therapy didn't have the one band that is included with purchase. Now I can take my routine to the next level. I recommend these to anyone and the value and quality is very good.

    Strength

    So far so good. Endurable. You don't have to go a higher level (Advanced) for a sturdier band, you can just double up, one over the other. Good exercising
