Great amplifier at this price point - less than perfect remote control
This amplifier is well built and sounds wonderful. At this price point it is a good value. The only thing that I do not care for is the remote. The remote only controls power on and off, volume and input selection. It does not allow you to change from speaker A to speaker B, turn on or off the "direct" function let alone allow any adjustment of tone or balance. You have to walk over to the amp to do any of that. The remote on my older Yamaha AV receiver is 50 times better! A minor annoyance for most I'm sure, but a better remote is possible at this price point.This amplifier is well built and sounds wonderful. At this price point it is a good value.
